At Just Ampersand, we take pride in the quality, safety, and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of our goods and for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns on any products purchased through our website.

Store Credit & Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)

While all sales are final, we understand that issues may arise. Store credit or refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • There was an error in fulfillment

  • Other exceptional circumstances as determined by our support team

Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.

Requests submitted without an order number cannot be processed.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, please allow 5–7 business days for review and response. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Order Verification

All requests are subject to order verification. We reserve the right to deny any request that cannot be validated or does not meet our criteria.
